Located in the heart of Wiltshire, we have three beautifully converted old stone barns on our working arable and beef farm.
Our holiday cottages offer the best of both worlds as they are situated in the quiet of the countryside and at the same time are an ideal base for visiting many well known places. We are just 10 miles from the historic spa city of Bath with its world-famous Roman Baths, Abbey, Theatre Royal and Aqua Spa.
Within a short distance there are also many other places of interest to visit such as Longleat, Stonehenge, Castle Combe, the Cotswolds and the National Trust village of Lacock (renowned for being used as the location for numerous films and tv productions such as Harry Potter and Cranford).
For those looking for outdoor activities, there are plenty of excellent local walks, golf, fishing and there are sports centres in the neighbouring towns of Corsham and Chippenham.
For those with pets (anything from a parrot to a pony) we can be very accommodating - by prior arrangement.
For anyone looking for more cultural activities, Bath, Bristol and Swindon can offer theatre, cinema, art galleries, museums and great shopping.
Eating out is also a wonderful experience with lots of award winning pubs and restaurants locally for all price ranges.
Guests are welcome to walk around the farm to look at the different breeds of cattle and sheep that we have (when accompagnied by one of us and at their own risk). Collecting eggs from the chickens, ducks, guinea fowl and turkeys is a must for children (children must be accompagnied by an adult at all times) and wellington boots are recommended.
